Every instrument begins as a bar of high-grade stainless steel — 420, 440C, or 316L depending on the application — selected for its hardness, corrosion resistance, and ability to maintain a precision edge. The manufacturing process involves forging, CNC machining, heat treatment, grinding, polishing, and assembly, followed by multi-point quality inspection before packaging.
